Responsibilities

• Become the safety champion for all job sites, leading by example in Health & Safety and Environmental Protection and ensuring compliance with safety standards, codes, and regulations.
• Oversee and coordinate electrical or mechanical work on site, working closely with electrical trade partners to ensure compliance with code requirements, safety standards, and sequencing with other disciplines.
• Proactively manage project materials to meet the first‑class Quality Program, ensuring attention to detail and excellence.
• Mentor and guide on‑site teams, fostering an environment of collaboration, excellence, and success.
• Collaborate with trade partners and consultants to drive the construction schedule, ensuring all milestones and completion target dates are met.
