Job Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Supervisor to oversee materials fulfillment and integration activities supporting CFM56 engine repair and Module Factory production in Montréal. This role is ideal for an experienced aviation materials professional who has developed strong operational expertise and has begun supervising people or day‑to‑day workflows, and who is ready to take the next step into a broader front‑line supervisory role. As Supervisor, you will remain closely connected to day‑to‑day execution on the floor while guiding a small integration team, coordinating with partner functions, and ensuring materials are available on time, compliant, and aligned with production priorities.
