Supervises production team members; directs daily activities of production workers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. Follows the collective bargaining agreement (if applicable), plant rules, safety rules, attendance policy and all other plant programs, policies and procedures relating to production employees.
