A Snapshot of Your Day As a Production Supervisor, you will lead daily manufacturing operations, ensuring that people, processes, and equipment run efficiently, safely, and in line with quality standards. You will oversee production teams, coordinate shop floor activities, and monitor key performance indicators to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction. Additionally, you will foster a culture of continuous improvement, safety, and team development within your area.
