Supervises and coordinates team works involved in production tasks to Insure the continuous workflow as well as the fulfillment of projects according to quantity and quality specifications.
- Analyzes production programs and estimates man-hour requirements to complete the assigned
- job.
- Analyzes and solves work problems or assists workers in solving work related problems.
- Appraises the performance of subordinates and recommends the appropriate development plans.
Recommends or initiates personnel measures such as promotions, dismissals and disciplinary actions.
- Follow up training matrix and training programs.
- Maintains production and time records.
- Can estimate, request or inspect raw materials.
