**GENERAL SUMMARY**(Describe the overall duties and responsibilities of the job)**:**Lead an operative work team in an industrial working environment, supervise all the activities that meets Safety, Quality, Cost and Delivery standards done efficiently and comply with the established procedures of Cooper Standard BTO procedures and operating systems like IATF or ISO.
**:**ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSABILITIES**(Duties required for successful job performance)**:- ** Make sure that all associates have the support of the security team and that they follow the established security procedures.
**:- ** Conduct daily supervisory walk throughs to check for potential insecure conditions in your area.
**:- ** Revise in a daily basis the number of personnel, to have the abilities in which they are certified in the Polyvalence Matrix.
**:- ** Update the payroll system daily, revise attendance of staff in your supervision, and check overtime, extra hours, absences, vacation, perm...
