Requirements:
- Language: English (spoken and written) and French is an asset.
- Education: Diploma or degree in manufacturing or equivalent experience.
- Experience: 3 – 5 years supervisory experience in an industrial environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication skills.
Accountabilities:
- Supervise employees, ensuring effective safety practices are maintained.
- Supervise train crew and switching requirements for the site.
- Accountable to oversee the loading process ensuring compliance with loading regulations.
- Provide planning and direction to the Finishing Room and Core Room crews to achieve annual operating budgets.
