Overview

Your Opportunity: The MDRA Manager, Grande Prairie located at the Grande Prairie Regional Hospital will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong working relationships with key stakeholders, facilitating change management, promoting both individual and team development within the MDRA. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining an effective framework for the operations of surgical reprocessing services in order to facilitate delivery of efficient, effective and safe patient care. An important aspect of this role is developing and maintaining clear lines of communication with the Operating Room and other stakeholders throughout the Site.
