Supervisor Logistic (f/m/d)
To support our warehouse teams we are searching for a Supervisor (m/f/d) to be based in our warehouse in Schkeuditz (Airport Leipzig / Halle).
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Technical leadership responsibility of a returns team

Ensuring the smooth running of logistics processes as well as their coordination and monitoring

Active participation in logistics projects and continuous optimization of work and process flows

Ensuring day-to-day business in compliance with defined KPI’s and service levels

Organization of employee onboardings and continuous monitoring of the training status

General support of the Division Manager as well as conducting shift meetings, team meetings and feedback sessions

Responsibility for the workplaces (safety, cleanliness, functioning of work equipment and orderliness)
