POSITION SUMMARY

Reporting to the Manager, Maintenance & Facilities, the Supervisor, Maintenance & Facilities, is responsible for providing effective leadership and supervision for all day to day operations related to all aspects of maintenance and facilities for their assigned Long Term Care Home. More specifically, this role has oversight of all matters related to the building and building systems (, fire alarms), landscaping, safety and security, equipment, planned and unplanned maintenance, capital upgrades, and renovations. Further responsibilities include, preventative maintenance and repairs, in accordance with County policies and relevant legislation.
