Supervisor manufacturing engineering

Responsibilities Lead, mentor, and develop a team of manufacturing engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback. Oversee the design, development, and implementation of manufacturing processes, tooling, and equipment. Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and other methodologies to reduce waste, improve quality, and increase throughput. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams including Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and R&D to resolve manufacturing issues and support new product introductions (NPI). Develop and maintain process documentation, including work instructions, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams. Analyze production data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, root causes of defects, and opportunities for improvement.
