Supervisor, Packaging (Brampton)

Job Purpose

The Packaging Supervisor ensures the safe and efficient operation of filling and packaging activities, maintaining high product quality in a cGMP environment.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise approximately 40 packaging employees, adhering to production schedules.
• Provide leadership, coaching, and personnel development to achieve EHS, quality, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with cGMP guidelines, SOPs, and housekeeping standards.
• Participate in cost, continuous improvement, 5S, and cross‑functional projects.
• Maintain weekly/monthly packaging commitments and line cycle time standards.
• Review work orders and product documents, and involve line mechanics for scheduling and equipment reliability.
• Lead employee management activities: attendance, performance, safety audits, shift meetings, and scheduling.
