Job Description

Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Supervisor is responsible for coordinating the daily activities of a busy assembly department, ensuring that quality and production goals are safely met. The Supervisor will motivate and lead a team in the assembly of parts to form a final product that is dedicated to the rugged and challenging terrain of the forestry industry. To excel in this role, the Supervisor must have effective communication skills and the ability and willingness to mediate difficult interpersonal situations, fostering strong team dynamics.

Location: 141 Consolidated Drive, Paris, ON

Dedicated Day Shift: 6:00am – 2:30pm, Monday – Friday

Dedicated Afternoon Shift: 2:30pm - 1:00am, Monday - Thursday

Shift Premium: $3.00 per hour for afternoons
