SUMMARY: The Supervisor is responsible for supervising and coordinating activities of pharmacy technicians serving ARx Patient Solutions Pharmacy.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supervises daily technician tasks and performance levels applying operating discipline across both front end and fulfillment.
- Monitors pharmacy workflow queues and phone service levels
- Creates pharmacy technician schedule and schedule adherence.
- Manages and reallocates resources intraday to maintain workload and service level agreements.
- Provides coaching and performance feedback daily and as needed.
- Provides weekly huddles to cover communications/process opportunities and changes.
- Completes monthly 1 on 1’s to evaluate workload, performance, and correction.
