Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISOR in the TOTAL FORCE MANAGEMENT of NAVWARSYSCEN PACIFIC SAN DIEGO CA. Responsibilities You will promote change strategies that require analysis and interpretation of policies, intervention, implementation of change models, and assessment of organizational effectiveness. You will execute of the organizational development and training management and manpower management teams’ responsibilities. You will implement planned training based on inputs from the annual training survey. Make final determinations on vendor selections and onsite courses.
