Essential Duties And Responsibilities

This position oversees and facilitates production operations for the assigned area. It includes managing production teams, coordinating production schedules, assigning responsibilities, preparing schedules, coaching employees, and ensuring optimum material and supply flow to maintain efficient production that complies with GMP and SQDC requirements.

Functional/Technical Competencies

• Reviews production schedules and estimates associate hours to complete a job assignment. Reviews and edits corresponding time and attendance management systems. Interprets the daily production schedule for associates and delegates duties.
• Holds the daily cell meeting and sets expectations for the day.
