Job DescriptionProvides direction, support, and resources to individuals and teams.ResponsibilitiesCommunicates company policies and objectives and fosters two‐way communication.Ensures individuals and teams meet customer requirements and expectations.Establishes and maintains effective communication.Supports company policies and objectives and promotes a union‐free environment.Communicates to customers any changes made in the planning and/or commitments related to present open orders.Schedules all present priorities to the shop floor associates and follows up through completion.Education and Experience3-5 years combined experienced supervisor in the present line of work.Bachelor Degree in Engineering.3-5 years previous experience in a leadership role.Work AuthorizationThis is not a position for which sponsorship will be provided.
