Role Summary

We have a great opportunity for a driven, high-energy, talented Project Manager to join our team as a Project Management Supervisor. This individual will work closely with their team and the end customers to ensure we are providing excellent customer service and meeting (or exceeding!) the customer’s expectations.

Responsibilities

• Direct responsible of a team of project managers, with responsibility over project execution teams including but not limited to: project managers, project engineers, documentation coordinators, buyers, etc. participating in the project execution for the different sectors served by Flowserve.
• Motivate and drive the project team to providing an excellent Customer Experience.
• Drive and track the PM team and project execution team performance related to project quality, delivery, and cost to ensure meeting or exceeding expectations.
