Supervisor (Repairs)

About the role

Housing Services are looking for a qualified and experienced Supervisor to work in its Repairs and Maintenance business area. The role is to supervise the delivery of repairs and refurbishment works by trade operatives, including responsive and planned repairs, empty homes reinstatement, disrepair and adaptations. You will also have management responsibility for trade operatives. You will need to be self‑motivated, with excellent communication skills and have the ability to prioritise.
