As a Supervisor for our Toxicology group at the Sherbrooke location, you will supervise a team to mobilize, empower, and develop employees.

In This Role

• Ensure employee and department performance management.
• Give employees feedback in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with various company divisions to optimize operations.
• Guide, train, coach, support, and maintain a collaborative team and a continuous improvement approach.
• Ensure and promote positive and effective working relationships with the management team, human resources, and key collaborators.
• Regularly communicate expectations regarding quality, performance, goals, animal welfare, and health and safety.
• Review and respect budgets for assigned sectors.
