Job Summary
The Warehouse Supervisor leads and manages warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receiving, storage, inventory accuracy, kitting, and shipments. Oversees workforce performance, drives process improvements, and monitors KPIs to meet operational targets. Collaborates cross-functionally, manages inventory levels, and supports workforce and capacity planning while ensuring compliance with systems like MRP, WMS, and SAP.
