SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN

Summary You will serve as a SUPERVISORY ENGINEERING TECHNICIAN in the ENGINEERING DEPARTMENT of SOUTHWEST REGIONAL MAINTENANCE CENTER. Responsibilities You will be responsible for technical and repair support of diversified and complex shipboard radar systems. You will investigate, analyze, and recommend corrective actions for problems pertaining to installation, maintenance, and repair of assigned shipboard combat systems. You will establish and maintain liaison with other commands for coordination of efforts and support. You will interpret various specifications, requirements or directives. You will plan work, set priorities and approve work schedules. You will develop new positions descriptions and develop ranking factors. You will manage branch finances to ensure proper utilization and preclude over expenditures.
