**About the role**
The **Supplier Assessment & Diagnostics professional** plays a critical role in evaluating supplier operational performance, identifying capacity constraints, and executing recovery and improvement plans to ensure supplier readiness and on-time delivery.
This role works directly with supplier manufacturing operations to diagnose production challenges, implement corrective actions, and strengthen supplier capabilities to support Carrier's supply chain performance and growth.
