Supplier Quality Engineer (Hsio Cable Assemblies) (Mexicali)

I. GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Supplier Quality Engineer (SQE) is responsible for ensuring compliance with quality, performance, and reliability requirements of suppliers providing materials, special processes, and finished products for high‑speed cable (HSIO) solutions. The SQE acts as a technical leader in supplier quality matters, managing nonconformities, audits, corrective action plans, and continuous improvement projects, as well as supporting new product developments and product transfers.

II. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Ensure suppliers comply with ISO 9001 quality system requirements, technical specifications, and internal standards.
2. Develop, review, and update procedures, work instructions, and forms related to supplier quality.
3. Ensure control and proper implementation of quality documentation applicable to suppliers.
