Supplier Quality Engineer

About the RoleAs Mill's Supplier Quality Engineer you will be responsible for ensuring that Mill's hardware products are manufactured to the highest quality standards as our customers will expect.
You will partner closely with the operations and engineering teams to establish meaningful quality metrics and drive Mill's manufacturing and supply chain partners to achieve targets that meet established requirements for both our customers and our business.
This role sits at the intersection of supplier quality, process engineering, and new product introduction — driving APQP/PPAP-style qualification activities, and continuous improvement initiatives across a global supplier network.
The Quality Engineer works cross-functionally with Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Quality to ensure suppliers consistently meet quality, capacity, cost, and delivery requirements.
