Supplier Quality Engineer Sr

Eaton's IS VEH VGNA division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Engineer Sr.
**What you'll do**:Control and assures the quality of the supplied raw material component to meet product specification on time and in the right volumes, following Eaton Quality Management System and Customer Requirements.A.
Lead the APQP process to ensure flawless launches with suppliers.
- PPAP process.
- Run and rate validation.
- Supplier Capacity validation against Customer demand.
- Packaging approvals.
- Component Safe launch process (LW-10)- Incoming inspection gages requirements.
- Request Tooling tag based on customer specific requirements- B. Provides the quality interface between the organization and their suppliers.
- Manage supplier complaints thru the DMR process including charge back process (QA alert, Containments (ERP segregation and release), root cause and CAPA using 8D, material disposition through RMA).
