Responsibilities:
Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance under MHC requirements, applicable quality, and environmental standards.
Measuring, reporting, and escalating supplier performance.
Handling Supplier CAPA (SCAR) management.
Leading auditor for local supplier's quality and process audit/qualification.
Leading, maintaining, and reporting the supplier audit and process audit/qualification.
Leading and supporting the supplier quality improvement/change project.
Leading and supporting the team for SMA activity.
Coordinating with key internal/external suppliers to track/solve quality problems together.
Coordinating with the material owner, product owner, and procurement to review, quality, approve or verify material quality.
Performing with awareness of standard requirements, ISO, ISO/EN ISO, MDR, and MDSAP.
