Supplier Quality Lead

Eaton's ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Supplier Quality Lead.
**What you'll do**:
- Provide Support and leadership on Quality, product integrity and continuous improvement processes and systems aimed to achieve customer satisfaction.
- Provide overall leadership and direction in support of the internal process and all other external suppliers on all BPI, Six Sigma, Quality and LEAN activities.
- Define and lead projects to improve process, products and components received at the Plant Lightning Juarez in order to improve the quality and cost of non-conformance.
- Define and lead process improvement projects in order to improve plant's indicators (PPM, Warranty Claims, Fill Rate, On-Time Performance, Yield, and Scrap).
- Responsible to lead work's team in the deployment of Eaton Quality System, Six Sigma Projects at Lightning Plant
