Supply Chain Intern

Key responsibilities: Data Management & Documentation Maintain and update supply chain records (orders, inventory, shipments), Prepare reports (stock levels, delivery status, purchasing data), Ensure accurate data entry into ERP systems (SAP) Procurement Support Assist in creating Purchase Orders (PO), Follow up with suppliers on order status and Track material delivery schedules Logistics Coordination Monitor shipment schedules and delivery timelines, Coordinate with logistics providers and warehouse teams & Support export/import documentation (if applicable) Inventory Support Track stock levels and report shortages or excess, Assist with stock audits and reconciliation & Help maintain inventory accuracy Communication & Coordination Liaise with internal teams (production, warehouse, finance), Handle supplier communication for updates and documentation & Support problem-solving in supply chain delays/issues Criteria: Active university students (diploma or bachelor's degree), max. 7th s...
