About the Role
We are seeking a hands-on Import & Export Executive to support international trade and logistics operations. The role focuses primarily on export documentation, shipment coordination, and import processing, with additional support in basic warehouse and inventory activities.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and process export and shipping documents incompliance with international trade regulations
Coordinate shipments and ensure adherence to customer requirements and incoterms
Liaise with freight forwarders, customs, and suppliers
Track inbound shipments (mainly from Malaysia) and ensure timely delivery
Monitor import declarations and support GST reporting
Arrange transportation and manage return shipments to suppliers when required
