**Job Description**
Develops and implements long-term supply chain strategies and networks that address capacity issues, production location decisions, etc. in support of businessgrowth. Supports business execution of new programs and initiatives thatinclude promotional activities, forecast and coordination for key events, andnew product launches. Monitors key performance indicators, analyzes performance data, and coordinates cross-functional work teams to increase effectiveness ofsupply chain initiatives.
**Required Education, Experience, & Skills**
+ Typically a Bachelors degree and 10 years of experience. Work experience considered in lieu of formal education.
+ Robust understanding of manufacturing value stream in high complexity, low volume production.
+ First-hand experience in direct procurement in high compliance environments.
