We are looking for a highly experienced professional to lead and optimize plant operations, ensuring efficient material flow, inventory control, and compliance with safety and environmental standards.Activities:Plan and oversee daily plant operations to improve efficiencyManage material purchases and maintain inventory within budgetDefine purchasing plansMonitor weekly inventory trendsImprove and control department processesEnsure compliance with safety and environmental proceduresEnsure proper handling, storage, and shipment of materialsManage excess or obsolete materialsJob Requirements:Bachelor's degree10+ years of supply chain experienceAdvanced English (written and spoken)Strong knowledge of materials and logistics managementExperience with Lean ManufacturingExperience with MRP systems and inventory controlStrong leadership, teamwork, and organizational skills
