APEX Intercompany Order Governance: Provide operational support to Greater Asia countries for Purchase Order (PO) and Sales Order (SO) placement under the Singapore Tax Principal model. Lead and execute ad‑hoc requests related to intercompany returns, claims, and inventory rebalancing, ensuring alignment with business priorities and stakeholder expectations. Monitor daily transaction reports and IDOC error logs, proactively driving resolution and providing recovery guidance to mitigate risks. Attend escalations from stakeholders, conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions to ensure process reliability. Ensure operational accuracy and efficiency to meet monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Support year‑end financial activities, including system updates for order costing in collaboration with regional finance teams.
