Supply Chain Specialist
We are searching for a Supply Chain Specialist at our Bankstown facility.
Snapshot of the role:
- Coordinating the timely delivery and shipment of finished goods to meet customer deadlines
- Managing shipping documentation, invoicing, and customer approval processes
- Monitoring delivery schedules and proactively resolving issues impacting on-time delivery
- Using customer portals and internal systems to support shipping and order fulfilment
- Supporting production planning through creation of work orders, stock transactions, and reporting
- Investigating and resolving system transmission errors between business systems
- Maintaining accurate records and full traceability across the supply chain
