Supply Chain Specialist

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Supply Chain Specialis t to join our Operations team. This is an essential hire — the role sits at the heart of our day-to-day operations, supporting procurement, 3PL logistics, and inventory management across multiple markets. The person stepping into this role will be a critical enabler for our wider Operations team, working closely with key stakeholders to keep our supply chain running smoothly and efficiently.

1. Procurement Support

• Support the end-to-end procurement function, with a particular focus on sourcing and managing components for Loving Tan products
• Manage and execute purchasing activities, including raising and tracking purchase orders through to delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring reliable supply and favourable terms
