Supply Planner, Sheet metals

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Supply Planner for the sheet metals category to join the ABB Drives unit in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, Finland. The role ensures full short‑ and mid‑term material availability for the Helsinki manufacturing site. You will manage supplier cooperation, maintain material buffers, and improve supplier performance through development activities.

Work model: hybrid.

• Secure material availability by proactively managing the supply network.
• Continuously develop operational performance of suppliers by conducting supplier operational meetings, ensuring required daily processes are in place, maintaining agreed material buffers, and managing performance improvement projects.
• Maintain inventory parameters in the ERP system (safety stock, reorder points, lot sizes, lead times, and replenishment strategies).
