Description
As a Support Driver, you will be responsible for driving and operating a drop side van. You will load and deliver materials to work sites and collect barriers, cones and fittings once works have been completed, along with carrying out jet washes. You will be required to work safely but it involves lifting and carrying weights up to 25kg. The role includes working unsociable hours from time to time, to support our operational teams during emergencies. You will transport materials to and from local depots, suppliers and builders’ merchants.
Key Responsibilities
· You will have good knowledge of site safety and site set ups with the public and team members welfare essential
· You will have knowledge and experience of driving and towing plant
· You will make sure all work is carried out according to safe working methods
