Support Engineer

Required Expertise:
- 8-10 years Experience as a Senior Linux SDE
- (On-Call experience - Not really required)
- Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills
- Automation experience
- Strong programming experience (prefer golang and/or python)
- Strong config management experience (Salt, Ansible, Puppet, Chef, etc)
- Ability to make strategic decisions and leadership in this area
- Experience assessing new environments and new challenges and reporting findings
- Experience managing large scale projects and environments
- Networking experience
- Strong communication skills
Nice to have:
- Familiarity with:
- Running Java Enterprise software
- Managing Apple MDM
- Out of Band Management (IPMI/Redfish/etc)
- Alternate platforms
- macOS
- Android
- iOS
