Job description
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a part time Support Pharmacist in Galway. This Support Pharmacist role involves supporting the day-to-day running of the dispensary while delivering professional advice and excellent customer service. The role would suit a qualified pharmacist who enjoys working as part of a community pharmacy team.
Key Duties:
Support the day-to-day running of the dispensary
Dispense prescriptions safely and efficiently in line with pharmacy guidelines and SOPs
Maintain dispensary stock levels and monitor dated products
Ensure correct storage of pharmacy products
Oversee end-of-month claims and payments
Provide expert advice and support to customers
Work collaboratively with the pharmacy team and wider community
Maintain a strong professional ethos and commercial understanding
