Support Services Analyst - Daily
Job Details: Permanent Full-Time. Open to any Advice Centre Location. The position closes June 14.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical direction and support to advisory staff to ensure efficient and accurate delivery of moderate to complex products and services, and assist members when advisory staff cannot answer their questions.
- Assist Support Specialists in the development and implementation of procedures within established policies to ensure effective operation of the Credit Union.
- Participate in compliance review and ensure adherence among retail and support staff to regulatory requirements (FINTRAC, Concentra, CRA).
- Work as a team to cover additional duties as required.
- Travel regionally as required.
- Follow Innovations Travel Practice Guidelines.
