We're looking for Support Workers in the Dolgellau area. As a Support Worker with Cera you will be playing a fundamental part in improving vulnerable people's lives through the care and support that you provide. You will be supporting people who have varying needs and abilities but include learning disabilities, complex needs and mental health conditions.
Role highlights
- Shift patterns consist of 12‑hour block – pay – days or nights, Part‑time or Full‑Time, we are flexible on the days you work although some weekend working is essential.
- We can only consider drivers for this role
- Opportunity to complete either NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Social Care (through work‑based learning) and further progression opportunities
