About the role
We are looking for a Support Worker to work one-on-one with a person we support, helping them achieve their goals and participate in activities that they enjoy. Dealing with challenging behaviour can be tough, but with the right approach, we can promote positive behaviours and create a supportive environment for people to thrive. You will be supporting an individual with complex behavioural support needs. Your daily responsibilities include helping them to recognise and respond to emotional overwhelm and react safely.
Your role in assisting the people we support
