Support Worker - Telecare Response

Location: Hertfordshire - Community based work with travel around the area

Salary: £13.45 per hour

Hours: Zero per week, as and when required working evenings, nights and weekends

Contract: Casual

Additional Information: Full UK Driving Licence and access to a vehicle (Business mileage reimbursed)

We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Service Support Workers to join our Telecare team, supporting vulnerable adults to live safely and independently at home.

This is a rewarding, community‑based role where you’ll respond to Telecare alerts, provide practical and emotional support, and ensure service users receive timely and person‑centred care—often in urgent situations.
