Extraordinary People, Exceptional Care Support Worker (Dementia) An NVQ level 2 (or above) certificate in Health and Social Care is essential for this role along with 6 months minimum experience within a Dementia setting. 
Rates of Pay: NVQ level 2 in Health and Social care: £14.02 per hour 
NVQ level 3 in Health and Social care: £14.85 per hour
