About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will provide specialised, person-centred support to a client living with a spinal injury in a SIL setting. Working within a supportive team, you will assist with complex personal care needs while promoting independence, dignity, and quality of life.
- Deliver on-site support to NDIS participants living independently in SIL
- Support daily living tasks with a strong focus on manual handling, including safe transfers, as well as continence and catheter care
- Respond to unplanned or short-notice support needs with professionalism and adaptability
- Promote participant independence, choice, and control while maintaining dignity at all times
Who We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate is someone who:
- Is willing to obtain a Working with Children Check NDIS Worker Screening, and has eligibility to work in Australia
