About the Service – Plymouth Supported Living

Plymouth Supported Living covering Plymouth and South Devon. We support Adults aged 18+ with Learning Disability, Physical disability, Epilepsy and Adults on the Spectrum to live as independently as possible in their own homes, providing structured, consistent support tailored to each individual.
