This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a purpose-built core and cluster development , consisting of individual bungalows designed to support people on the autism spectrum and those with complex needs to live as independently as possible. About the Role As a Support Worker, you will be working within a domiciliary care environment , supporting individuals in their own homes. This role involves a high level of lone working , so confidence, initiative, and strong decision-making skills are essential.
