Calling all compassionate and dedicated individuals! Mencap is seeking passionate Support Workers to join our incredible team in Spring lodge. This role requires the successful candidate to hold a full UK manual driving licence

As a Support Worker, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of individuals with learning disabilities. You will be working with a diverse group of people, each with their own unique abilities and needs. From assisting with daily activities to providing emotional support, you’ll play a vital role in their life.

Spring Lodge is home to four gentlemen who require support with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, mental health needs, and communication difficulties. At times, they may display challenging behaviours. We need Support Workers to provide the physical and emotional support that our gentlemen need every day.
