Job Description:

Support Worker
We are currently recruiting experienced Support Workers to join our team in Totnes for ad hoc shifts available as and when required.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour, plus holiday pay benefits.
This role involves supporting clients within their own homes on a 2:1 basis, helping them to live independently and maintain their daily routines.
Duties Include:
Providing person-centred support in the client's home
Assisting with daily living activities
Supporting clients with personal care where required
Encouraging independence and community engagement
Following care plans and maintaining accurate records
Working effectively as part of a 2:1 support team

Requirements:

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Enhanced DBS certificate
Up-to-date mandatory care training certificates
