Larkfield and Bedford House are vibrant and welcoming day services based in Ely, Cambridgeshire. We support adults with learning disabilities and older people to live full, meaningful lives – helping them to learn new skills, build confidence and develop and maintain their independence whilst having some fun along the way.

As a Support Worker, you’ll play a key part in creating a positive, inclusive environment where people feel valued, empowered, and supported, helping them to achieve their goals. Whether it’s leading and running creative activities, encouraging new skills, or supporting someone to engage with their community, you’ll help make every day purposeful and rewarding.
